If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that we receive the merchandise back within 30 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions.) We can only accept returns or exchanges that are received back within 30 days of the invoice date. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back any merchandise.
To return any item, please email Customer Service or call us at 1-800-GOLD-340 for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks. Refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be refunded to original credit card account. Refunds for orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be refunded by check. Orders that are refused or are returned by the courier due to their inability to deliver the package (invalid address, receiver unavailable, etc.) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
